What the heck?

I saw a story in the Calgary Herald yesterday via TPB that Bridgett Pastoor, MLA for Lethbridge, was considering moving away from the Alberta Liberal Party, possibly to the Progressive Conservatives. This morning, iNews880 was reporting that she had confirmed that she was considering switching teams.  I took it that she had made the confirmation today, but that might have been inaccurate.  The story also ran in the Edmonton Journal today, I think.Just now, iNews880 has a press release from her saying she is ruling out crossing the floor. What the heck is that?  She seems to imply in the release that she was just chatting with old friends, and that people are making too much of it, but she doesn't deny that she was considering it, and she says that she's "going back" to working as a liberal caucus member. So was she considering it?  And if so, what made her change her mind?  Did she get an earful from her constituents?  Strange.
